Now take a long, deep breath and hold it for a while, now exhale. Just focus on your breathing. Keep focusing. Don't think about the fact that you are getting ever closer to your inevitable doom, and that everything and everyone you ever cared about will eventually be gone, rendering your whole life pointless.
