More on Counting (Advanced Patterns and Techniques)

This is not the second edition of the book Counting. Instead, it contains topics which are built upon the contents discussed in the first book. Generally speaking, this book targets AIME, national and international level competitions. Some techniques are quite advanced. Techniques discussed in this book include bijection, recursion, counting integer solutions (balls-in-boxes), combinatorial identity, binomial/multinomial expansion, generating functions etc. Some examples and practice problems are at national and international math competition levels.
