Contributor Bio:  Vulpiani, Angelo Angelo Vulpiani is a Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of Rome Sapienza, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics. His research interests are statistical mechanics, dynamical systems, turbulence, transport and reaction-diffusion in fluids.
