Local Governance Through Panchayati Raj: a Study on Gram Panchyat Pradhans

This manuscript is based on a study on Role of Pradhans in Panchayati raj systems . In the book the author has tried to measure the literacy of Gram Pradhans about panchayati raj rules regulation and activities. The study has gathered different facts and figures and malpractices in panchayati raj work, participation in the P. R. system and personal development of pradhans after being elected to P. R. system.
