This book describes a doable path, for the average person. If you are not a high-flyer who regularly takes first place in sports competitions or have already won 10 Nobel Prizes, but would like to make something beautiful out of your life even without these achievements, then I can recommend this book to you. It focuses on the essential points of your everyday life and makes you think about them. The book is not very theoretical or scientific. I have deliberately refrained from using it, but have described many things based on my own experiences. I hope it is useful for you.
