Kriya Yoga and Unlocking Mystical Songs of Kabir

This is a scriptural commentary of Lahiri Mahasaya on The Mystical Songs (Couplets-Dohe) of Kabir, In The Light Of Kriya. To keep the energy in the head and throat and in Kutastha for a long time is state of Kabir. Atma is the Guru in this physical body, and the supreme Person (Purushottama) resides in Kutastha. The state of discipleship is when the disciple, that is, the mind, offers all to the Guru, that is, the Self. In other words when the mind is merged in the mind in this body and one practices Kriya. The Kriyanwit, holding onto the After-effect-poise of Kriya in Samadhi, stays like a corpse. The eyes of one who holds onto the After-effect-poise of Kriya do not blink (nimes). That is why he is called Animes. At the After-effect-poise (Turiya) of Kriya, one does not like to speak. The Self starts to practice Kriyas of the Spinal Cord (Omkar Kriyas). At that time the Self holds only onto the Spinal Cord leaving Ida and Pingala whereupon the parts of the body up to the coccygeal center begin to levitate. Prana makes all beings tranquil by the practice of Kriya in this body. That is why it is called Pranava. This very breath is spread over in all bodies. That is why Mahadeva is all pervading and everywhere in all beings. Chandra Shekhar Kumar is a direct disciple of Lord Maharishi Hiranyagarbha.
