Unveiling the Chosen Woman

Publisher Marketing: I've wanted to write a book of poetry for so many years and I finally gathered enough courage and material to do so. I was told that I have a story to tell that everyone should hear and one way of telling that story is through poetry. Through this collection I want to show my readers that writers do go through things whether they are positive or negative and growth comes from either end. This book illustrates my gift of poetry and its changes in flow, the expressions of emotions during my times of turmoil and challenges, along with my progression over the years and growth as a writer. This collection consists of my story of happiness, love, peace, hardship and victory. My love for God and my love for life are expressed on these pages no matter how dark some of it may seem. There is light in the middle of darkness and you'll have to travel through darkness to get to the light. There are stages of life and through those stages I've experienced, to survive, I had to write it out and keep going. This collection portrays my state of mind as I went through life's tests and trials and how I survived them. The order of this book is written in the order of time of experience. Each poem and chapter is written from a different emotion or a different stage of my life and I would like my readers to experience a journey like they never have before receiving a little bit of wisdom and/or strength from it. This book is a message to all of my readers of survival and victory. I've overcome my fears and gained victory of my battles fought during those moments of my life where I never thought I would win.
