J Patrick Carr
Jean Bennett, the Personality Plugger, is one of the most fascinating and successful women in the music business. Her career as a singer turned to promoting other artists after she met songwriter/manager Buck Ram. Together they brought some of the most successful songs and groups to the top of the charts, including The Platters with Ram's songs: "Only You," "The Great Pretender," "The Magic Touch," and "Twilight Time."
