This handbook is written specifically for CIMA Members in Practice who want to build their business using the skills they have mastered as management accountants, Financial Controllers and Finance Directors. It takes the lessons learned by Fiona Bevan over her years in practice and collates them into an easy to read format. About the author: Fiona Bevan has worked in practice for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping her fellow CIMA Members in Practice to build the businesses they want by providing mentoring and support. She has been the chair of two MiP Conferences and is an MiP Assessor.
