"No, I'm not," Doctor Wolfcub retorted. "Examine the facts, Falcon. Other than this single recollection, we know nothing about you. Except, that a team of assassins put a slug through your brain! That the damage was extensive! That you've spent the last twenty-six years in a coma, and awakened with no memories of your past life! In fact, if not for your medical bracelet, we wouldn't even know your name. And lastly, or perhaps a better word would be strangely, your appearance hasn't changed since the day you were shot!"
"But coma or not, Doctor... We're talking about me participating in events that took place thousands of years ago!" I countered, rolling my eyes. "Which suggests that either I'm an immortal, or else we must consider this recollection as an imaginative fantasy."
"And yet, as inexplicable as it may be, I am serious!" the doctor insisted. "What you've described, through the eyes of a fourteen-year-old, is no less than the creation, history and culture of the legendary Atlantis."
