This book describes the practical and useful technical indicators to predict the stock market (emphasized), sectors and stocks. Technical analysis is the most effective way to time the market followed by timing the sectors. It is less effective to time the stocks as it depends on many other factors. However, many fundamental metrics do not include new products, new drugs and/or better earnings.

When insiders and/or the institutional investors are buying, it will be detected by technical analysis. Many technical indicators are damaging if they're not properly used. Prefer to master some of the practical and useful ones. No one including all the Federal Reserve chair (wo)men and all the Nobel-Prize winners in economics can predict market plunges.
