The goal of this workbook is to provide simple steps that will help you get started on the journey of owning your career.

When I started teaching leaders to be coaches, I realized they did not have a road map to help their people step into the role of owners and drivers of their own careers. I wrote this as a simple tool that leaders could use themselves and give to their people.
