Practical Children's Reader Vol.1

Practical Children's Reader Vol.1, provides a series of short stories in a simple, practical language format for young children. These stories will enable children to expand their understanding of life and the English language, and enable their parents to enjoy these stories with their children. Some stories have been chosen, illustrated and newly translated from Russian and edited by Tamara Moreton. Other stories have been chosen for their interest and entertainment value as well as their educational qualities. Each story has been supplied with its own illustrations to support the text and supplementary questions have been added to enable children to increase their vocabulary to enhance their understanding of the stories. The object of the author is to provide both an entertaining series of stories and also to provide some practical applications to life circumstances.
