Creating a Dynamic Speech Dialogue - How to Implement Dialogue Initiatives and Question Selection Strategies with Voicexml Agents

In recent years man-machine-communication has become more important. Several speech dialogue systems have been developed in order to provide a very comfortable interaction for categorising users prior to forwarding them to a human employee.
