Challenges of Knowledge Management in Global Faith-based Npos: the Example of the World Alliance of Ymcas

Knowledge is one of the today''s most important values. Often, it decides about success or failure. Global faith-based NPOs face the challenges of knowledge management in their daily work with their thousands of employees in their worldwide subsidiaries. The special characteristics of global faith-based NPOs have opportunities as well as big challenges for the implementation of knowledge systems.
