Successful accomplishment of this study was a result of exhaustive efforts, thoughtful discussions, critical reviews of literature and the systematic methodologies in administering the tests. Findings of the study not only provides a better method for the fat assessment but also help in understanding the various methods which can also be adopted for the fat assessment.
