In this play, the second, to follow after "Diversity, It's Not Just About You, It's About Us," introduces you to a challenge experienced by a teacher. The teacher goes above and beyond, is greatly involved and makes better the ability to teach and impact lives through being a continuous learner. That should be admired and respected as a great quality or trait in a person. However, sometimes that just isn't enough. This play is written as a teaching tool or resource but can also be used on stages and with educators and everyday people to create the opportunity for reflection, discussion and growth.
