December Sonnets
Kit Ludlow
These little songs, written in 2003 and recently revised, documented every day in December. Like all sonnet cycles since the form's invention in the 13th century in Italy, each of these sonnets are a single poetic work in itself and a thread in the collection. Some show the immaturity of the writer, the arrogance of youth, while others show some talent. The December sonnets are the first book of thirteen in the Calendar Sonettos
