Beauty and the Beast - Season One

After suffering a brutal assault, an attractive NYC attorney gains consciousness to find herself among a group of people living underground in a world of labyrinth tunnels, mystical waterfalls, and people who have come together to form a loving and nurturing family. She meets Vincent, the intelligent man beast who saved her but within this adaptation from the original tale, Vincent's inner beauty is allowed to remain the focus of who he is and it is Catherine's former shallow self that is the ugliness transformed by their love.
