Originally based on Mary O'Hara's classic coming-of-age novel, MY FRIEND FLICKA, this third family film sees Toby (Clint Black) take on a job at the stable with FLICKA in tow, while the owner's teenage daughter Kelly (Kacey Rohl) bonds with the wild horse. As a professional rider, she hopes to tame FLICKA for an upcoming competition despite her mother's disapproval.
