Best selling mystery novelist Rachel Carson (Demi Moore, INDECENT PROPOSAL) moves to a cottage in a remote fishing village in Scotland following the accidental drowning of her five-year-old son. Rachel's fragile sanity is put to the test when a supernatural murder mystery rocks the village, a mystery that also puts her life in danger. This spooky suspense thriller--which is full of unexpected twists and turns--sees Demi Moore playing a character who sees visions of her dead son and other paranormal goings-on occurring in an isolated coastal village. The stunning location--which was actually an island off the coast of Wales--provides a majestic and haunting setting for the ominous events that unfold during the course of HALF LIGHT. The film provides plenty of chills and Demi Moore turns in a memorable performance as a woman questioning her sanity after being contacted by the dead.
