Bailee Madison and Jerry O'Connell star in this US horror directed by Patrick Lussier. The film follows criminology student Chloe (Madison) as she fakes her own death to infiltrate a morgue containing evidence related to the killing of her brother. She quickly discovers that the twisted coroner (O'Connell) is keeping his subjects alive and selling their organs for his own profit.

However, when he realises that Chloe is still alive, can she make it out alive?
