Cut Throat City

RZA directs this American drama starring Wesley Snipes, Ethan Hawke and Terrence Howard. Amidst the trail of destruction left by the devastating hurricane Katrina, four residents from a low-income area of New Orleans decide to take matters into their own hands when they are provided with little help from the authorities to get their lives back on track. However, when a way out of poverty presents itself in the form of a dangerous heist, the men soon become embroiled in gang culture, unable to claw their way back to their former lives.
