B. W. Stevenson was a pioneer of a music genre called 'Progressive Country' music in Austin, Texas in the 1970s. He had already enjoyed a Top Ten hit with his song 'My Maria'. On the heels of his first release for Warner Brothers, 'We Be Sailin'', B. W. and band were captured live on KZEW radio in Dallas. It was early 1976, B. W. was in great voice and the band was 'tighter than a banjo head'. Enjoy!
