Stand By Me
These days, it's TV advertisers who most frequently borrow existing tracks to push their products - and when they do, they only choose the very best. Ben E King's 'Stand By Me', the title track of this collection, is one such song. It hit Number 1 in Britain in 1987, twenty-five years and 244 days after it first charted.
