A Message To Ministers, Rabbis, and Priests

Ministry of all kinds can be harder work than it needs to be when a leader is not aware of all the struggles of the followers. Asking for congregation members to self-identify and individually seek support for their needs may not always be fruitful. Invitations to discussions allow an opportunity for the flock to understand the components of a topic while being unidentified. It can help them to take in the perspectives of others that can help the listener see and understand the bigger picture of an issue. Engaging with others can remedy any feelings of uniqueness and isolation and pave the way for support. Then, Discernment can be a pivotal option.
