Through the years, I have made every recipe and these are our favorites. It is nice to have all your favorites in one cookbook. These days, everyone wants everything fast. The Instant Pot is all the craze but foods just taste better slow cooked. I love my Instant Pot but I still use my old fashioned slow cooker. I do not use the slow cooker function on my Instant Pot.
